Una multinazionale farmaceutica è alla ricerca di un Supply Chain Specialist. Questo professionista sarà responsabile della continuità della fornitura e della disponibilità dei lotti. Dovrà collaborare con vari team e gestire il ciclo di pianificazione mensile. È richiesta una laurea in ingegneria o un campo simile, con almeno un anno di esperienza in supply chain, e fluente in inglese. La posizione offre opportunità di crescita e un ambiente dinamico in un contesto internazionale.

Competenze

  • Laurea magistrale in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o campo simile.
  • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in supply chain o pianificazione.
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato.

Role: Supply Chain Specialist – Production planner

About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring supply continuity and the availability of product batches in time for manufacturing and shipment, as well as for monitoring and improving Supply Chain KPIs.

How you will contribute
  • Collaborate in the execution of MRP (MYC, LBE, Plan) for Fractionation/Purification.

  • Participate in the Pre‑Plan Check meeting for monthly alignment with Global Supply Chain.

  • Review capacity assumptions (36‑month horizon).

  • Manage the monthly planning cycle (MPS) and ensure daily alignment for Fractionation and Purification.

  • Manage master data (item code creation, BOM review) and ensure proper ERP functioning by correctly maintaining work orders, forecast and planning inputs.

  • Prepare AIFA documentation required for the import/export of plasma and intermediates.

  • Maintain the source files for departmental (Overall) and site metrics (WSA, MPS/LT Fulfillment) and support the preparation of reports for Tier 4, Site Supply and Business Review.

  • Manage the weekly alignment meeting with Pisa/Vienna for Albumin LTFF.

  • Lead the alignment meeting with Production and the Shipping OMT for customer supply.

  • Support site projects from a planning perspective (Fractionation and Purification).

  • Support Finance in inventory analysis and in the monthly reserves analysis.

  • Perform VSM analysis for immunoglobulins, albumin and first liters.

  • Participate in quality operational mechanisms (Change Control/Deviations/Release) to assess potential impacts and needs for the Planning department.

  • Act as qualified Change/Deviation Owner and point of contact for the assessment of Inter‑Facility changes.

  • Support digitalization projects from a planning perspective.

What you bring to the team
  • Degree in Engineering (preferred in industrial topics: Chemistry, Electric etc...)

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both within and outside the team. Ability to present information, ideas, issues and solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and to escalate issues when necessary.

  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.

  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)

  • In‑depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, as well as proficiency in the Office suite and the JD Edwards ERP system.

  • Demonstrated experience in engineering and adequate knowledge of systems, equipment, facilities, automation is required.

Role Requirements
  • Master\'s Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar field.

  • Experience in production planning within the supply chain, ensuring proper scheduling between production and engineering.

  • Experience in continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.

  • Ability to manage inventory and contribute to KPI improvement.

  • Responsibility for monthly planning cycles (e.g., albumin bulk).

  • Capability to handle day‑to‑day planning activities, including import/export processes.

  • Familiarity with standard planning cycles and ability to manage changes within the planning process.

  • Soft skills: proactivity, critical thinking, curiosity.

  • Good level of English, including spoken English, due to frequent interactions with global functions.

  • At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, production, or planning/scheduling departments.

  • Proficiency with Excel and planning/digital tools (e.g., Ddiduards, Giduars, Abdware, Qlik, Power BI).

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience not required.
