Take ownership to ensure delivery targets. As a Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers and internal stakeholders for all activities related to the execution of direct materials supplies for the Suppliers/commodity managed. You will work with Suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery for goods and related documents, and identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performance, capacity and capability.

You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short‑term/long‑term business goals. You will ensure that business strategies are followed for fulfilment and quality, and you will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Managing delivery of materials and certificates for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating Logistics until receipt into the systems, in line with company processes and procedures.
  • Giving visibility to internal customers on supplier plans, preventing criticalities and managing priorities, to ensure the achievement of on‑time delivery versus internal and external customers.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery for all documentation associated with the materials supplied.
  • Interacting with the platform and operating units inside the procurement organization to provide regular feedback about supplier performance and refine the supplier strategy.
  • Partnering with quality to support supplier surveillance and on‑time issue resolution.
  • Cooperating with the logistics team to generate a transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency.
  • Supporting both vendor recovery negotiations & results and accounts payable resolution on invoice issues.
  • Supporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputational requirements.
Qualifications
  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or an alternative MBA, or equivalent experience.
  • Show good communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and a team‑working attitude, to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partnerships with suppliers to facilitate execution.
  • Be able to maintain workload management in a high‑pressure environment, organizing and prioritizing tasks subject to criticalities.
  • Show proactive and analytical approach for problem identification and quick resolution.
  • Be fluent in Italian and English, hold an EU passport, and be willing to travel regionally and internationally (up to 20 % travel required).
