The Supplier Fulfillment Leader is responsible for activities related to Supplier’s promise integrity (purchase, orders, fulfillment). From a delivery point of view the role handles Supplier risk mitigation, supports the Supplier Assessment team in improvement plan execution, guarantees on‑time delivery for critical parts impacting plant performance, monitors KPI and implements improvement action plans, reduces delinquency levels and inventory, and collaborates with MRP planners. The role requires visits to Supplier facilities to verify on‑site status of work in progress and implementation of corrective actions.
Reporting to the Procurement team in the Sourcing Organization, the candidate will be co‑located in the relevant Commodity. Escalations are directed to the Procurement leader. The role collaborates with Supplier Quality Engineer, Engineering team, Plants, Finance and Commodity to enable resolution of issues.
Responsibilities for parts in the NPI (New Product Introduction) process are managed after the FAI is approved.
