JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Supplier Developer Manager your mission is to work closely with the brands planning and sourcing team in order to improve lead time quality and costs.

TASKS

• Identify opportunities to improve service and cost
• Lead negotiations with suppliers (move to fast flow improve performance penalties…)
• Support the onboarding of new suppliers: present our logistic requisites our end-to-end process understand how their supply chain works
• Track KPIs and identify the impacts
• Follow Up with brands who do not comply with our contract agreements and define an action plan with them
• Follow Up on the achievement of those action plans
• Follow Up on penalties by brands
• Build and animate relevant reporting and conduct ad-hoc analysis
• Organize meetings and prepare material for brands and other Veepee Teams
• Lead new projects related to brands supply chain (pallet ID )

MUST HAVE skills

• 3 to 5 years experience ideally in supply chain logistics or sales
• Written and oral interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your communication to your interlocutors
• Strong negotiation skills and willingness to be part of a collective success
• Problem solving approach
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Good level of Excel and presentation tools
• Fluent in English

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Proficiency both spoken and written in French
