JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be part of our Private Equity consulting practice, working on projects with clients both within Italy and abroad. You will be part of a project team, owning responsibilities for research and analysis tasks and support the team in the development of high‑impact deliverables. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include building client‑ready presentations, conducting market and competitive analyses, and contributing insights to our Industry and Practice Groups. You will work as an integral part of the team on acquisition and due diligence projects, while also taking part in selected training activities.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree with excellent academic record (preferably in business / STEM discipline)
• 1+ years of consulting experience in the areas of strategy, M&A, corporate finance or commercial due diligence
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Excellent understanding of business contexts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, database, AI tools
• Fluency in English is required
• Fluency in Italian is mandatory
