In this role, you'll focus on adoption and retention, serving as a trusted advisor and organizing onboarding sessions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in customer success or account management, is fluent in English and Italian, and possesses a degree in business or finance. This position involves collaboration with internal teams and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Competenze

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, French is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices.
