Job Opportunity: Vice Store Manager in Fashion & Retail

Randstad Italia, division of Key Client Center, is seeking a Vice Store Manager for an important fashion company with over twenty years of presence across Italy.

Details

• Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday on shifts.
• Location: Sona, at La Grande Mela Shopping Center.
• Contract: 6-month initial contract with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

The Vice Store Manager will oversee the store alongside the team, report to the Store Manager, and engage with internal and external customers, focusing on:

• Communicating company values and information to all staff for training and development;
• Organizing work shifts and ensuring compliance;
• Analyzing individual and store performance indicators (KPIs);
• Identifying goals and improvement actions;
• Achieving revenue targets and implementing company strategies;
• Supporting customer experience enhancement.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in assisted sales in a similar role;
• Ability to maintain high quality standards;
• Capability to ensure store development and growth;
