We are looking for a Full-Time Stock Keeper to join the team in our Boutique in Milano Galleria.

Your Impact

As an experienced Stock Keeper, the person will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house and, in partnership with the team, will aim at reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well. We are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and has good organizational skills.

Activities
  • Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for our Clients;
  • Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients;
  • Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance;
  • Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager;
  • Be charge of customers’ repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to;
  • Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.
Qualifications
  • Previous stock experience of at least 2 years;
  • Fast paced and well organised;
  • Product sensitivity and excellent understanding of the luxury sector;
  • Experience with the use of RIFD system is highly valued;
  • Fluen t in English;
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
