A significant agricultural firm located in Monselice is seeking a Breeding Station Worker (m/f/d) to perform essential agricultural tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the agricultural sector, possess knowledge in operating agricultural machinery, and hold relevant licenses. Fluency in Italian is mandatory, while English is an advantage. This full-time position requires flexibility and readiness to travel within Italy.

KWS Italia SpA is looking for a Breeding Station Worker (m/f/d) for our site in Monselice. This is a full-time position.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Carry out agricultural activities according to instructions and deadlines, such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, etc., in fields where KWS has production agreements with farmers.
• Operate, monitor, and supervise agricultural machinery and other equipment.
• Maintain agricultural machinery and other equipment in compliance with rules and operational standards. Report problems or risks promptly.
• Support ad hoc activities as and when requested by management.
• Ensure that all operational activities are carried out and that staff under your responsibility work in line with the company’s health and safety standards.

Key skills and required background:

• Residence in Monselice or willingness to relocate.
• Experience in the agricultural sector (preferably at least 2 years in farming/seed production).
• Knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Valid driving license.
• Valid tractor and truck driving license (or willingness to obtain it).
• Ability to handle agricultural machinery and modern techniques such as GPS systems.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy.
• Fluent Italian; English is considered an advantage.
