A leading global company in Milan is looking for an intern to support the Workforce Planning Team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing reports containing Strategic People metrics, contribute to KPIs monitoring, and perform cost analyses. Applicants should have a Master's degree in Economics or Engineering and demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential for this full-time position.

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

As an intern at Prysmian you will support the Workforce Planning Team in planning and controlling activities.

Your Role

• Collaborate with the team to prepare monthly reporting containing Strategic People metrics to support business strategic decision with workforce insights.
• Work with the team to prepare People Analytics for HR Teams and Specialists to enable data-driven actions and process optimization.
• Contribute to monitoring Inclusion & Equity KPIs and preparing the Sustainability Report in line with CSRD and ESRS principles.
• Support monthly analysis comparing actual vs budget for both headcount and labor costs consolidating data coming from Prysmian Group HR Regional Teams.
• Assist in performing cost analyses based on headcount and organizational structure / design.

Who We Are Looking For

• Masters degree in Economics or Engineering
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Italian and English
