What You’ll Do:

• Assist bookers with daily model scheduling, options, and confirmations
• Communicate with clients, models, and other agencies
• Update model portfolios, polaroids, and digital materials
• Support in preparing call sheets and booking documents
• Monitor social media and scouting platforms
• Perform general administrative tasks and assist with castings when needed
