A healthcare services provider is seeking a Special Needs Coordinator / Registered Nurse for their team at Aviano Air Base, Italy. This full-time role involves treating patients and coordinating care, requiring a nursing degree and an active license. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in care coordination and must be fluent in English. The successful applicant will utilize clinical skills and collaborate with families and other healthcare providers to ensure effective treatment and support for special needs individuals.

Competenze

  • Active, valid nursing license in any US state/jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of two years full-time experience in care coordination.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to pass T1 background check.

Mansioni

  • Assess patients' special medical and educational needs.
  • Formulate and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
  • Provide clinical training to installation personnel and medical staff.
  • Participate in EFMP quarterly case reviews.
  • Document medical records and coding as required.
