We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead and oversee our spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and the highest standard of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a strong background in spa management. In addition to managing daily operations, the Spa Manager will be responsible for developing monthly wellness programs in collaboration with external professionals from various health and wellness disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
    • Manage the spa's budget, controlling expenses and ensuring profitability.
  • You report to the Operational Manager.
  • Guest Experience
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional service.
    • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Staff Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support personnel.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Program Development
    • Develop and coordinate a monthly wellness program in partnership with external experts in various fields, such as nutrition, yoga, meditation, and holistic therapies.
    • Research and identify potential partners to deliver engaging and diverse wellness workshops or events.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and adjust them based on guest feedback and industry trends.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote spa packages, special offers, and wellness events.
    • Utilize social media and other marketing channels to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
    • Stay current with industry trends to keep the spa's offerings fresh and competitive.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products and supplies.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality products.
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor and report on the financial performance of the spa, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
  • Facility Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
    • Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa management or a similar role in the wellness industry.
