A leading global technology provider seeks a Solutions Architect who will work closely with customers to enhance their cloud projects. This role demands experience in technology strategy and architecture, expertise in AWS technologies, and fluency in Portuguese and English. The ideal candidate will drive technical discussions, provide recommendations, and lead initiatives that align with customer business outcomes. This position emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
Solutions Architects (SAs) work hand in hand with AWS customers to make the most of the Cloud. They sit at the crossroads of business and technology, engaging with organizations at all stages of cloud adoption to create and present technical content and best‑practice guidance.
SAs are responsible for the overall technical relationship between customers and AWS and for making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, sustainability and operational efficiency. They work to understand the customer’s needs and provide prescriptive guidance on how to design solutions with AWS technology.
SAs lead activities such as architecture reviews, white‑boarding sessions, demos and technical workshops, and collaborate with teams such as account management, professional services, support, product teams and the AWS partner ecosystem.
As technical leaders, SAs combine business acumen with deep engineering skills to architect solutions for complex problems when a technology strategy is not yet defined. They influence customers’ long‑term technology strategies, advise on trade‑offs, and build relationships with senior leaders to align short‑term decisions with long‑term business outcomes.
SAs drive technical solution discussions, dive deeply into technical details, and shepherd end‑to‑end customer solutions through implementation cycles. They also lead internal teams to deliver solutions that delight customers and create measurable business impact.
Within the Software & Technology segment, SAs work with large, complex, strategic customers and collaborate with Account Managers (AMs) and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to shape strategy, achieve business and revenue goals, and prioritize best long‑term outcomes for customers.
SAs operate autonomously, identify new technology‑based opportunities, and play a key role in developing top SA talent through hiring, mentoring, and organizational initiatives.
In this role you will practice creativity, link technology to tangible solutions, and educate AWS customers about the art of the possible. You will implement cloud‑native reference architectures for a variety of use cases and grow your expertise in industry and technology areas of depth.
