Solution Manager (Senior Presales Engineer)

Job Location: Rome/Milan

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales achievement for Smart PV and Utility Storage solutions by coordinating internal resources and expertise.
  • Perform strategic market analysis, translate complex customer needs into viable technical solutions, and manage commercial negotiations.
  • Gather market insight to improve project success rates and market positioning, understand customer strategies, technical requirements, and data architecture to design balanced, profitable solutions aligned with industry trends and deliverability criteria.
  • Develop and maintain active customer relationships with relevant external parties throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience designing technical solutions for inverter and/or BESS projects within the PV market.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a Science or Engineering field.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing relationships with customers and partners is a strongly desired asset.
  • Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and a cooperative mindset for multicultural teamwork.
