Job Objective

Software development Engineer to work in the TVM Software development team for project / product.

Main Activities

• Design, code, test and document correct moderately complex systems from supplied specifications,
• Conducts reviews of supplied specifications, with others as requested
• Contribution to the software architectural design
• Software maintenance of existing products
• Assist the Work Package Leader to produce quality metrics to measure the soundness of the Software processes

Using agreed standards and tools

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
• Good communication and inter‑personal skills
• Knowledge of C, C++, OOP, WebServices, XML, UML
• OS Linux
• Development Environment Qt
• English proficiency
• Agile / Scrum
• OS Windows and / or Real Time Operating Systems.
• Configuration Control: Git, Subversion (SVN)
• Embedded Systems.
• Relational and Hierarchical Databases like MS SQL, MySQL, SQL Lite.
• Continuous integration / automated Test Tools: Jenkins, Squish, ecc.
• Flexibility to travel and work at other locations is essential.
