As a Shop Manager, you will serve as a role model, responsible for the multiple quality merchandise and shops of the ship. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, maximizing sales and exceeding guest expectations.

  • You love creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests, inspiring enthusiasm and excitement around brands and products.
  • You’re delighted to be responsible for maintaining an environment of positive relations, leading the team with enthusiasm and inspiring trust.

Get things right:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining excellent marketing and visual merchandising standards. You will oversee high-volume shop operations, aiming to provide excellent experiences to Guests and uphold Company standards consistently.
  • You will guide employee professional development, recommending trainings and updates about the brands, sales and service. You will cultivate a supporting work environment and motivate your team to achieve excellent results.
  • You will gather information and compiling reports, while also employing a data-driven approach to make decisions aligned with the directives of the Corporate Shop Operations Director.
  • You will maximize opening hours while complying with international customs regulations and onboard activities.

  • You’ll be proactive in promoting and keeping our safety guidelines and code of conduct.
  • You'll help create a welcoming and secure environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

What makes you unique:

  • You have at least a secondary school diploma or higher. Studies in retail or hospitality is a plus.
  • You have a B2 spoken level of English, the knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • You have good communication skills, and you are a curious, organized, and determined person with experience in people management.
  • You have at least 3-years’ experience in retail as Shop Manager or Area Manager in fast paced environments.
