A leader in packaging solutions is seeking a Services Sales Manager in Rubiera, Italy. The role requires managing customer relationships, meeting financial targets, and driving service growth. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry. The position involves up to 50% travel to customer sites and offers competitive compensation with opportunities for career growth.
We are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Services Sales Manager, as part of the Tetra Pak Services Sales Team, to manage and develop focused sales areas, and customer relationships from a Tetra Pak Services perspective.
The position is permanent and based in Rubiera, Italy. You will be travelling up to 50% of your time to our customer sites.
Deliver financial targets of Services business, for allocated customers
Monthly forecasting, for Services businesses, to secure base material, production & financial planning
Understand & comply with Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework (including Pricing, Contract terms & Authorisation matrix), regulatory framework & general code of conduct. Manage proper & timely documentation of Customer Files
You are a result orientated and self-driven person with a strong customer focus and the ability to work autonomously. You have a consultative and clear communication style and good presentation skills. Your networking skills are excellent and you have the ability to build long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You have a mindset towards life-long learning, with a curious mindset and the ability to take initiative in own development.
