The role involves material selection, corrosion control, welding specifications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields and have 12+ years of experience in subsea materials engineering. Strong technical backgrounds in QA/QC and material integrity are crucial for success in this role.

Competenze

• 12 years experience in subsea/offshore materials engineering.
• Experience with linepipe mills, coating yards, and offshore FJC.
• Strong QA/QC background.

Mansioni

• Responsible for material selection, corrosion control, welding, and coating specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Participate in integrity reviews, audits, and resolve NCRs.

Conoscenze

Strong knowledge of metallurgy

Expertise in internal/external corrosion

Familiarity with DNV-ST-F101

Experience with welding metallurgy
