We are looking for a proactive and passionate Social Media Researcher to join our dynamic team. If you are excited about social media trends, data analysis, and providing strategic insights to drive business outcomes, we’d love to meet you!

As a Social Media Researcher, you’ll turn real-time conversations and behavioral data into sharp, strategic insights that drive brand growth. You’ll analyze trends, audience behavior, and platform performance to uncover what matters most—helping clients lead, not follow. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape research, spot opportunities, and deliver insights that elevate campaigns and strengthen brand impact.

J OB DESCRIPTIONS

Analysis and Insight Development (35%)
  • Oversee reporting flow from data to deck.
  • Guide junior team members in formatting, charting, and basic analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, logical flow, and consistency in reporting deliverables.
  • Analyze social media data to uncover patterns in sentiment, content trends, and audience behavior.
  • Help structure clear, meaningful findings to support brand narratives tailored to client objectives.
Client service & engagement (30%)
  • Present report highlights and insights in client meetings with clarity and professionalism.
  • Address client questions, contextualize findings, and work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through timely communication and proactive support.
Actionable Recommendations (20%)
  • Develop actionable recommendations based on research insights to support brand direction, communication, and campaign planning.
  • Benchmark competitors and highlight market opportunities or risk areas for clients.
Project management (15%)
  • Lead day-to-day report delivery, ensuring timelines, formats, and expectations are met.
  • Work cross-functionally with Data, P&R and Client Partnership teams to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Document and report any issues or delays, and take corrective actions when needed.
