The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in accessories product development and expertise in managing raw materials from initial R&D through industrialization. Fluent English and Italian skills are essential. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure quality and deadlines are met effectively.

Competenze

• 10-12 years of experience in accessories raw materials.
• 10+ years of experience in accessories product development.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of leather, fabrics, and accessories construction.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate team members of the Raw Material Team.
• Monitor all steps of Raw Material processing to avoid issues.
• Ensure deadlines for calendars and line handoffs are met.
• Consolidate suppliers for top quality at best price.
• Collaborate with designers during product development.
