As a Senior Project Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role, you will:

  • Act as a visible leader onsite, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with environmental and water quality standards.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of water treatment systems, including filtration, recycling, and wastewater management.
  • Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams to manage schedules, budgets, and quality for water-related systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues proactively, ensuring minimal impact on data center operations.
  • Implement and monitor project processes, driving continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead key meetings, report progress, and communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have proven experience managing water treatment or utility systems within large-scale industrial or data center projects.
  • Hold a degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Possess strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices.
  • Are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and teams.
  • Hold or are pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
