Competenze

• At least 6 years of professional experience in the semiconductor or power electronics industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience with cross-functional or international teams.
• Certification in project management (IPMA Level C or equivalent) is preferred.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role :

As a Senior Project Manager Power Modules, you will be responsible for ensuring that Infineon’s projects on intelligent power modules and integrated solutions development run successfully.

• Lead project management activities for Integrated Power Modules (IPM) and Molded Modules, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans – organizing resources and controlling budgets to ensure the achievement of all operational targets and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, ensuring transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Build, guide, and inspire intercultural project teams to drive collaboration
• Delegate tasks and define clear responsibilities within the project team, coordinating Project Managers of sub-projects and supporting team members to maximize team performance

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed :

You are highly motivated and result oriented, you take initiative and are able to support your team achieving ambitious goals. You have excellent communication skills and are personally committed to customer needs. Furthermore, you remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and are able to balance the interests of various stakeholders using the creative potential they offer.

• A degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or equivalent field of studies
• At least 6 years of professional experience in the semiconductor or power electronics industry, demonstrating strong technical and commercial understanding
• A minimum of 4 years of proven success in project management, preferably with cross-functional or international teams
• Certification in project management (IPMA Level C or equivalent)
• A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong business acumen and a keen customer orientation, with a focus on delivering value and building lasting partnerships
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
