Senior Power Platform Architect

As a Senior Power Platform Architect, you will lead solution design and governance‑aligned implementation across multiple products and business units. You will establish scalable patterns, ensure compliance and operational readiness, and mentor developers to build robust solutions that support MSC’s global strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture for complex Model‑Driven Apps (Canvas App and/or Model‑Driven Apps), Business Process Flows (BPFs), and cross‑environment ALM; approve solution boundaries and dependencies.
• Define DLP‑safe integration designs (API Management, Data Gateway, custom connectors) ensuring robust data protection and compliance.
• Introduce CI/CD practices for Power Platform (build, validate, deploy) with change approvals and automated checks.
• Drive performance testing, telemetry standards, and operational readiness (runbooks, SLOs, on‑call models).
• Mentor and coach development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other internal and external teams to ensure alignment, scalability, and delivery efficiency.
• Provide architectural oversight and maintain visibility on project milestones, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience on Microsoft Power Platform (or 8+ years overall in solution architecture/development).
• Expertise in Dataverse and Entra ID security model design, including tenant and environment strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Model‑Driven Apps and Canvas Apps design and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, coach teams, and lead large‑scale solution design discussions.
• Preferably in possession of relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure certifications).
• Experience in API Management and enterprise‑grade integration patterns.
• Strong experience guiding the use of Power BI and AI Builder within enterprise solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment with cross‑team collaboration.
