A leading engineering firm in Milan is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer for Oil & Gas onshore projects. The role involves project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must be Italian nationals or fluent in Italian, with proven experience on multiple EPC projects. This hybrid role offers flexibility with office and site-based work.

Overview

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER – Oil & Gas Onshore Projects (Italy) - Hybrid (2 days / week from REMOTE)

Start Date: September 2025

Work Scheduler: 8 hours / day - 5 days / week

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Location: Client's Office Milan, Italy

Responsibilities

• Project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Preparation of reports, forecasts, and updates for internal and client review
• Potential involvement both in office-based activities (Engineering & Procurement) and site-based construction supervision

Candidate Profile

• I talian national or fluent in Italian language
• English, good level
• Proven experience on multiple EPC Oil & Gas onshore projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Willingness to work during both office-based and site-based project phases
