This role will support HR operations across Europe and requires a senior HR professional with extensive experience in managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Competenze

• Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience, with 3-5 years in an international environment.
• Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR.

Mansioni

• Partner with HR leadership to support day‑to‑day HR operations across Europe.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding.
• Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions.
