A leading energy company is seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to oversee utility-scale solar PV projects in Northern Italy. Based in Milan or Rome, the manager will ensure project milestones are met and compliance with regulations. Candidates should have 5+ years of solar PV construction experience, strong knowledge of medium-voltage systems, and be fluent in both Italian and English.

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience in solar PV construction, ideally utility-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of MV electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Northern Italy.

A highly respected and structured IPP is seeking an experienced

Project Construction Manager

to oversee the delivery of

utility-scale solar PV projects in Northern Italy.

Based in

Milan or Rome , you will report directly to the Head of Construction and play a key role in managing

medium-voltage (MV) solar projects

from pre-construction through to commissioning. These sites are anywhere from 5MW to 10MW in size.

Key Responsibilities : Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones, quality, safety, and budget targets are met Manage subcontractors, site teams, and construction partners Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and permitting teams Monitor progress and report regularly to the Head of Construction Ensure compliance with Italian construction regulations and grid connection requirements

Requirements : 5+ years’ experience in solar PV construction, ideally utility-scale projects Strong knowledge of MV electrical systems Experience working for an IPP Fluent in Italian and English Willingness to travel to project sites across Northern Italy
