A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist to enhance operational excellence at their facility. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in improvement roles within the pharmaceutical industry, alongside Lean Six Sigma certification. You will lead initiatives, coach teams, and ensure the implementation of best practices to drive performance improvements.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Transformation, or Continuous Improvement roles within structured organizations.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Mansioni

• Lead the identification and execution of complex cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deploy advanced Lean tools and methodologies.
• Proactively identify and prioritize high-impact improvement areas.
• Define KPIs and drive performance reviews related to improvement initiatives.
• Lead internal audits and continuous improvement assessments.
• Coach, mentor, and train colleagues to embed a culture of Operational Excellence.
