About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Over-the-Counter (OTC) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing essential features for 1 of our fastest growing user segments : over-the-counter professionals, such as hairdressers, beauty specialists, physicians, and more. You will ensure these features are seamlessly integrated into our product.

Key features the OTC team is working on include payment solutions (Tap-to-pay, QR codes), revenue linking (API to POS systems), and accounting solutions for OTC professions.

This role is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in an experimentation-driven environment, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and wants to have a direct impact on business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement features into the product, ensuring smooth execution and seamless user experience.
• Optimize conversion funnels, pricing models, and feature experiments through data-driven development.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Engineering team to identify technical solutions that drive revenue growth.
• Ensure smooth integration of OTC features with the Product & Engineering team while maintaining code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and refine product features, making rapid iterations based on results.
• Review code through Pull Requests, ensuring best practices in development, performance, and security.
