Overview

As a Senior UX Designer at our company, you will play a key role in shaping exceptional digital experiences for enterprise clients with global reach and scale, driving user-centered design strategies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for leading UX initiatives on high-impact international projects, crafting intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, ensuring seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms and mentoring team members and junior designers as your managees.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design and UI design.
• Proficiency in UX and UI tools as Figma.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams.
• Familiarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Italian and English (working proficiency skills) are mandatory for this position.
