We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Senior Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of events related to the launch of new car models, ensuring extraordinary experiences for our clients and partners. You will be involved in all stages of event planning and execution and budget management, playing a key role in strengthening our brand and enhancing the visibility of our products. For this role, frequent business trips within the country are expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize events, trade shows, product launches, and presentations to ensure maximum visibility and impact.
• Organize all logistical aspects of events, including venues, setups, catering, transportation, and equipment, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
• Plan and monitor the event budget, managing financial resources efficiently, negotiating with suppliers and partners to stay within an optimized budget without compromising the quality of the event.
• Manage marketing team car park to allocate cars to guests, influencers, and dedicate the entire marketing department fleet to events.
• Work closely with marketing, communication, sales, product, and PR teams to ensure consistency and support throughout the event.
• Manage and select suppliers, partners, and external agencies for event execution, negotiating contracts and ensuring they meet required standards.
• Collect feedback and monitor the results of events to measure effectiveness, proposing improvements for future events.
• Organize the reception of clients, partners, and media at exclusive events, ensuring a premium experience.

Qualifications

• University Degree
• 7-8 years of experience in roles related to Event
• Automotive experience will be considered a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
• Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and find effective solutions in high‑pressure situations.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast‑paced environment, adjusting plans and strategies as needed to meet evolving needs.
• Resilient and open minded.
• Digital Tools knowledge, especially Power Point and Excel.
• Effective and eloquent communication in English, Mandarin Chinese or other languages would be a plus.
