A leading e-commerce platform is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Italy to assist in developing logistics channels, optimize logistics routes, and support business negotiations. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in English and familiarity with data analysis tools are required. This role offers opportunities to improve logistics service quality and lower costs.

Competenze

Responsibilities

• Logistics channel development: assist Country manager in the development of logistics providers in the corresponding market.
• Commercial negotiation: Assist the Country Manager in business negotiations and facilitate relevant business processes.
• Business optimization: Assist in the optimization of logistics routes and business processes. Improve the quality of end logistics services and optimize costs.
• Logistics management: Participate in the formulation of supplier management assessment standards, complete the monthly KPI assessment of logistics providers, and help logistics providers continuously improve to achieve higher service levels.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Experience in cross-border logistics is a plus.

Professional Skills

• Familiar with logistics market operations and local logistics provider resources in the target region.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven experience in commercial discussions.
• Solid understanding of logistics cost control, process optimization, and KPI management.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) to support decision-making.

Language & Communication

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in an additional local language is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
