About Health Force

Health Force is the leading European AI Agent platform for transforming hospital operations. Hospitals and healthcare groups use Health Force to eliminate manual work, accelerate hospital workflows, and scale their operations and delivery capacity without adding headcount.

Our mission is to elevate the way hospitals work: reducing administrative burden, strengthening financial and operational performance, and improving the day‑to‑day experience of everyone inside the health system. This isn’t a distant vision; it’s something we deliver every day through intelligent AI Agents deployed across real hospital workflows.

When you join Health Force, you become part of a team that is actively reshaping how European healthcare operates. Our ambition is to bring AI Agents to every hospital in Europe, returning hundreds of thousands of hours currently spent on manual work back to caregivers and hospital teams.

Our culture reflects this mission: focused, ambitious, and deeply collaborative. We believe in giving people the opportunity to do the most meaningful work of their careers, work that combines cutting‑edge technology with real‑world impact, alongside teammates who care intensely about excellence, ownership, and delivering outcomes that matter.

Role Summary

As a Senior AI Implementation Lead, you will drive the end‑to‑end rollout of Health Force’s AI Agents inside major Italian hospital groups. You will manage timelines, milestones, and cross‑functional teams from workflow discovery through build, validation, go‑live, and expansion.

You will also play a critical role in building Health Force’s delivery discipline, creating reusable templates, validation frameworks, and playbooks that help us scale deployments across entire hospital networks.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and wants to make a direct operational impact in healthcare. Experience leading complex healthcare or automation projects, combined with comfort navigating ambiguity, will be essential as we scale across multiple countries.

What You’ll Do
Project Leadership & Execution
  • Own the execution of hospital deployments end‑to‑end.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead workflow discovery and translate hospital processes into agent requirements (revenue cycle, care operations, administrative workflows).
  • Drive accountability for all implementation milestones: design → build → testing → validation → go‑live → stabilization.
  • Manage multiple hospital deployments in parallel.
  • Ensure deployments deliver measurable ROI tied to clear client business cases.
Playbook & Framework Development
  • Create and refine deployment playbooks, validation frameworks, and templates.
  • Design standardized testing, QA, and acceptance criteria for agent reliability and data integrity.
  • Help build the core PMO discipline within the Delivery function.
  • Reduce deployment time by 30–50% through reusable structures and methodologies.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary contact for hospital project teams, administrators, finance teams, CIO / COO, and clinical operations.
  • Facilitate alignment between clients and internal engineering teams.
  • Navigate decision‑making with executives and front‑line teams.
  • Manage expectations and maintain clarity across all stakeholders.
Startup Adaptability
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous contexts and define structure where none exists.
  • Adapt enterprise project management practices to Health Force’s lean, high‑velocity model.
  • Contribute to scoping, effort estimates, and workflow feasibility assessments.
  • Work directly with founders on strategic deployments and cross‑market scaling.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), product engineers, and automation specialists.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between Delivery, Product, and Engineering.
  • Support knowledge transfer and client enablement post‑go‑live.
  • Bring field insights back into product and platform roadmap discussions.

  • Strong communication skills with hospital executives (CIO / COO / CFO) and technical teams.
  • Ability to build ROI models and defend business cases with clients.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and multi‑threaded execution across clients.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Strong Plus
  • Experience with healthcare automation or AI systems.
  • Experience in private hospital groups (Humanitas, GVM, GSD, etc.).
  • Exposure to GDPR, ISO, or AI Act requirements in healthcare IT.
  • Experience creating PMO structures, templates, and scalable delivery processes.
  • Background in revenue cycle, clinical operations, or hospital workflow transformation.
