Scope

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accounting operations in all day-to-day activities and support Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day finance activities
• General administrative tasks: contact with Bank, customers, suppliers and all departments
• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reporting
• Reconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy
• Support Finance Manager with month, quarter, year-end closing
• Monitoring and planning cash flow requirements
• Generate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Managing preparation of all financial reports & balance sheets
• Preparations of the budget
• Analysis of the budget versus actual results
• Process optimization
• Maintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related parties
• Support financial Manager in day-to-day operations
• Replacing Finance Manager in case of absence
• Ensure all matters consistent with Global & Company Policies and Laws management

Qualifications

• Higher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification
• >5 years experience Senior Accountant or Finance Manager
• Knowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc)
• Knowledge of business languages: English (mandatory)
