A leading creative agency in Milan is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage relationships and delivery for multiple projects simultaneously. We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own client delivery and relationship management across our creative projects. This is a pivotal role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to the standard our partners expect.
You’ll manage 4–10 projects simultaneously, coordinating across a creative team of 4–5 people, a print production manager, a coordinator, and a series of external suppliers. Day‑to‑day, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, removing blockers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Crucially, this role involves building out our project management systems, tools, and processes. We currently use Slack and Asana, but we need someone who can bring rigour and structure to our delivery operations—improving workflows, establishing better tracking, and creating systems that scale as we grow. You won’t just be managing projects; you’ll be shaping how we work.
The role also includes some involvement in pitching and expanding existing client relationships, supporting the CEO in developing new opportunities with current partners. While delivery is the core focus, commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth potential within accounts is valuable.
