This role focuses on optimizing delivery performance and improving the Same Day offering in the EU and UK. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and experience in supply chain or operations. Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL is required. Network Planning Analyst – Same Day Speed Innovation

Are you excited about solving operational challenges and want real responsibility and ownership for how your program performs? The Same Day Speed Innovation team is looking for a Network Planning Analyst with a proven record to own part of the delivery program for an exciting new customer offering with faster delivery times. This 12‑month fixed‑term contract can be located in London or Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of end‑to‑end delivery performance focusing on quality and cost.
• Lead strategic work streams to improve the Same Day offering across EU and UK.
• Develop and execute out‑of‑the‑box initiatives to holistically improve speed in EU and UK.
• Communicate program status and updates to senior stakeholders across forums.
• Lead monthly reporting on KPIs and projects in the glide path.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities, estimate improvements, streamline and automate work.
• Knowledge of operations continuous improvement and structured problem‑solving (Lean Six Sigma or Theory of Constraints).
• Ability to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholders worldwide.
• Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken form across all seniority levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, business analytics, information systems or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
• Experience in operations/supply chain/logistics, knowledge of VBA, experience with data warehouses, cross‑functional collaboration, root‑cause analysis, supply‑chain management, and transportation concepts.
