A leading molecular diagnostics company is seeking a Southern Europe Sales Manager to develop and drive commercial strategies for their products in Southern Europe. The role involves managing sales growth programs, achieving revenue targets, and building long-term relationships with customers. Candidates should have 2-5 years of genomic sales experience along with fluency in English and Italian. This position is remote-based in Italy and requires a willingness to travel 50-60%. The Southern Europe Sales Manager is responsible for building and driving the Novacyt product portfolio (Yourgene Health & Primer Design) commercial strategy in Southern Europe, to ensure that budgeted annual sales, profit objectives, and strategic goals are delivered.
The Southern Europe Sales Executive is responsible for overall management of Southern Europe sales: developing and driving sales growth programs to ensure the territory delivers on strategic initiatives and revenue targets. This position requires a desire to find new business, penetrate new markets, and build long‑term revenue streams.
