As our new Sales Manager, you are at the helm of key partnerships and responsible for driving our performance in the DIY retail channel — and beyond. From powerful negotiations to developing winning account strategies, you will contribute directly to the continued success and expansion of HG in Italy. The essence of this role...

  • You will manage and expand strong, long-term relationships with our major DIY customers.

  • You will lead our agent network across Italy and maximise their performance.

  • You will overachieve on sales targets by creating and executing Joint Business Plans with key accounts.

  • You’ll become the go-to expert for your customer portfolio, their category, and the market.

  • From sales forecasts to shelf visibility – you will own the commercial performance across accounts.

  • You’ll work closely with HQ in the Netherlands and embrace our values: Aim High, Be Brave, Work Well Connected.

You will work independently, yet always feel connected to our passionate international team. Your knowledge of the Italian DIY market allows you to confidently engage with decision-makers and challenge the status quo. You are a hunter — hungry to grow, spot opportunities, and close the deal, all while building sustainable partnerships that go the distance.

You’ll regularly be on the road (3–4 days per week) and spend 1–2 days at our office in Rome. Your base of operations? Rome, or nearby — or you're ready to move there.
