Reporting to the CEO of the Italian branch, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing existing business and developing new business nationwide. They will contribute to defining the commercial strategy, coordinate a team of direct employees and agencies present on the territory, and oversee the expansion of the team and the company within the national territory by opening up additional markets that are currently only partially covered, in order to achieve the growth objectives set in agreement with the parent company.

The direct management of key clients will be combined by the contribution of innovative and challenging ideas and strategies to increase the company’s visibility in the market. The Sales Manager will be required to identify new customers, explore new application sectors, and support the sales force in commercial activities, ensuring motivation, proper engagement, and a stimulating and productive work environment.

The leader we seek is a professional with a solid background acquired in structured international contexts where they have worked as a Sales Manager / Area Manager leading one or more sales teams in the field of customized solutions in HVAC. It is essential that the figure can combine strategic skills with execution care, demonstrating strong implementation capabilities and a hands‑on approach, with a focus on people and customers.

Skills such as listening, empathy, leadership, care for people, quality and results orientation, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a small, growing context are relevant characteristics for adequately covering the role.

Fluency in English is required, as well as availability for mobility within the national territory.

Work location: Emilia Romagna (with the possibility of hybrid work)

Our client is a leading company that distributes designed and customized solutions in the HVAC sector, part of a prestigious international group with over twenty years of experience in the market. With production facilities in Europe, the group supports the Italian commercial branch in offering premium solutions (boilers, heat pumps, hybrid systems, and systems for collective domestic hot water production) to meet client needs.

Our client aims to pursue the growth of the internal organizational structure aimed at expanding its business in the Italian market. For this reason, we are looking for the Sales Manager for the Italian branch.
