This is not a passive inbound-closing position. As Sales Manager, you own the pipeline from start to finish. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound prospecting, managing discovery calls, understanding client needs, and closing deals with confidence. You will work with both qualified inbound leads and high-potential outbound prospects that you source yourself. Your mission is simple: build a pipeline, control the sales process, and close revenue.
