Shantui Construction Machinery Co., was founded in 1952, part of the Shandong Heavy Industry Group (SDHI), it is a leading global manufacturer of heavy construction and earth-moving equipment. Our product range covers over 10 categories, including bulldozers, loaders, excavators, road machinery, as well as spare parts. Shantui’s European operations aim to expand local activities by growing its distribution network, launching new products, implementing targeted marketing and promotional campaigns, and continuously improving aftermarket processes. The primary focus remains on ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
As Sales Manager Italy at Shantui, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding our footprint in the Italian market. Your core mission is to identify, develop and retain a strong network of dealers throughout the country. By actively engaging with potential partners and maintaining close relationships with existing ones, you’ll work to grow Shantui’s market share and strengthen our local presence. You’ll also support key accounts, monitor market trends and make sure our customers and partners receive the service they expect. In this role, you align local opportunities with our global commercial strategy and act as the key point of contact between the Italian market and the wider Shantui organization. Whether you’re attending industry events, negotiating with dealers or working on long‑term plans, you’re always focused on results and building lasting partnerships. Simply put, you’re the driving force behind our commercial success in Italy.
