What will you do?
  • Report directly to the Sales Director and support the execution of sales strategies
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies, ensuring smooth communication and strategic collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximize business results.
  • Identify business opportunities and propose strategic solutions to drive growth.
  • Present commercial and marketing strategies to clients and agencies.
  • Lead negotiation processes and secure deal closures.
  • Oversee campaign management and provide ongoing follow-up to ensure performance.
  • Conduct market and competition analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize operational processes.
  • Prepare performance reports and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
  • Foster long‑term partnerships with strategic clients and agencies.
What we ask for :
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Advertising, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the digital advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, and agency operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in managing advertising campaigns and working closely with agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales‑related tools.
  • Native Italian speaker with bilingual proficiency in English.
