Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced material solutions designed for comfort, durability and functionality, which are used across a broad range of sectors including building & construction, furniture, transport, healthcare and flooring. They are seeking a driven and results‑orientated Sales Manager to join their team in Southern Italy. This key role will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers in the region.

The Role

The Sales Manager's purpose is to strengthen the company's presence in Southern by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long‑term partnerships. The Sales Manager will work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and ultimately contribute to the region's growth and success.

Qualifications
  • Strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, alongside a self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Valid driving licence; extensive travel across Southern Italy required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing desirable; experience in foam or industrial products sector advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting advantageous.
