We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development in the automation market, focusing on machine builders in the Romagna/Marche area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Responsible for sales in Romagna/Marche area
  • Drive business development in the automation market with focus on machine builders
  • Promote advanced solutions: Motion Control, Digital Transformation, Industrial Sensing
  • Work with technologies such as PLC, HMI, IIoT, servodrives, brushless motors, photoelectric sensors
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities through prospecting activities
  • Contribute to sales strategy and present results to management
  • Attend local and international workshops
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B tech sales
  • Technical background in electronics or electromechanics
  • Technical mindset with application orientation and commercial understanding
  • Customer‑focused and goal‑oriented with strong teamwork skills
  • Fluency in Italian; good English reading skills
  • Based in Romagna, willing to travel within the area
