Sales/Business Development Specialist at K2 Partnering Solutions

K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of innovative consultative solutions in enterprise applications, AI, and cloud technology.

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Specialist with 1–5 years of experience to join our dynamic Sales team in Milan. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Team Lead, focusing on generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales growth across the region. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop their sales expertise in an international and fast‑paced environment.

What Will You Do?
  • Contact prospective clients through cold and warm calls.
  • Generate leads and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients, while also supporting the management of existing accounts.
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and identify opportunities for expansion within your accounts.
  • Promote K2's full suite of services, with an emphasis on Consulting Services.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Work flexibly, either in a 360° business development capacity or collaborating with internal teams to address clients' staffing needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales with a major focus on business development, ideally within the technology or consulting sector.
  • Previous experience in IT consultancy (SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce) is essential for senior candidates and highly preferred for junior profiles.
  • Comfortable with B2B outreach and phone‑based client engagement.
  • Genuine interest in technology and digital innovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, results‑oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Fluency in English, French or German preferable for this role.
