Sales Business Development Manager – Electronic Components (B2B)

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven B2B Sales Business Development Manager with experience in electronic components and the electronics supply chain to expand LCSC’s presence in the European markets. This role focuses on identifying target customers, promoting our in‑stock electronic components, and driving small‑batch order growth. You will independently manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closed‑won orders and customer retention.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in high‑autonomy environments, enjoy new market development, and understand the electronics supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop market‑entry strategies and expand business opportunities in Europe, including growing existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand local industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer demand.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with B2B customers and proactively address inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them through the ordering process.
  • Promote LCSC’s in‑stock components and provide technical recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiations based on local market pricing practices.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and accurate support, including product information, stock availability, and timely assistance for customer requirements.
  • Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, online marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities as needed to increase market visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of overseas sales or business development experience in electronic components, EMS/ODM/CEM, semiconductors, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of independently acquiring customers and achieving sales goals.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities in cross‑cultural environments.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with strong relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and local language is required.

Candidates without prior experience in electronic components distribution or the electronics manufacturing industry will not be considered.

Preferred
  • Existing customer resources in electronics manufacturing or distribution.
  • Strong ability to develop new markets and customers from 0 to 1.
