What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of the product and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity by following our Selling Ceremony
• Build, develop, and maintain your own client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do
• Actively ensure merchandise presentation reflect VM standards and general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique at all times
• Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes
• Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities
• Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store’s performance
