Job Overview

Rossignol Group is looking for a Sales Assistant (W/M) for our new shop in Cortina D’Ampezzo BL, Italy. Responsibilities (Responsabilità)

• Serve the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes.
• Provide elevated customer service by welcoming, listening, and accompanying the customer beyond their needs, demonstrating a good knowledge of products and the Group’s heritage.
• Ensure cross‑selling and up‑selling across all product categories.
• Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, demonstrating passion for skis and boots.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with customers according to their nationalities and personalities, and put them at ease.
• Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards.
• Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing efficient solutions.
• Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business.
• Maintain and set up the store in accordance with corporate policy and procedures.
