A luxury fashion brand is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant in Porto Cervo. In this role, you'll act as a Dior Ambassador, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, managing client relationships, and supporting back-office functions. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in luxury retail, strong communication skills, and a university education or fashion degree. Fluent English is mandatory, with a passion for creativity and fashion being essential.

Competenze

  • 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • Knowledge of products and selling techniques.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2); other languages are a plus.

Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in Porto Cervo. As Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and be active in outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Sales
    • Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques
    • Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products
    • Know the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
    • Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on sales
    • Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile
    • Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling
  • Management of the relationship with clients
    • Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
    • Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
    • Problem-solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to benefit the business and the client
  • Back-office support
    • Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update stock after sales when necessary
    • Elaborate and supervise product feedback
    • Preparation of delivery and essential elements for the products’ packaging and wrapping
Requirements

What you can bring

  • Preferred experience of 2/3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques
  • Knowledge of products and selling techniques
  • University education or a fashion school degree
  • English (C1-C2) is mandatory (other languages are a plus)
  • Office 365 and other basic knowledge of digital software
