Position: Sales Assistant for our store in Roma, cc Euroma 2, via Dell' Oceano Pacifico, 83.

We are looking for Sales Assistants to join our team in the Roma store. If you want to grow in a dynamic environment focused on the future, this is the opportunity for you!

Contract: Full time

Daily Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and guide them through our collections, creating an engaging and personalized shopping experience.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing the brand's values and image, conveying authenticity and excellence to every customer entering the store.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain the store layout following Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure the maintenance of order and sales space and the warehouse as part of the team.
• Handle cash and back‑office activities in compliance with company procedures.
• Use KPI performance metrics as a tool for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles in Retail Fashion or related (at least 1 year).
• Passion for assisted selling and natural predisposition toward customer relationships.
• Energetic, flexible, and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong motivation to achieve targets.
• Team player who enjoys sharing successes.
• Effective and professional communication.
• Basic knowledge of English (preferred).
